At KeepsakeCarpets, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized keepsake rugs. Because many of our products are custom-made, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

· Personalized or custom-made carpets

· Items made to order based on your specifications

However, we may accept returns for non-custom items if they meet the following conditions:

· Item must be unused and in original condition

· Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

· Proof of purchase is required

2. Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

· Item arrives damaged or defective

· You received the wrong item

If your order qualifies, we will:

· Offer a replacement at no cost, or

· Issue a full refund to your original payment method

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

· Your order number

· Clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

· Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong photo, spelling errors, or address)

· Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences or handmade nature

· Delays caused by shipping carriers

5. Cancellations

· Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

· After this period, production may begin and cancellations may not be possible

6. Shipping Costs

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable)

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable
